Story
Starting as a one-woman bookkeeping business in 2018, CEO Erika Dowell has always been passionate about how businesses can better themselves, their communities, and the world at large.
Signal Operations was created to work with businesses to streamline their bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll processes and interpret the “signals” along the way, where to save money, what areas are growing, and which are not.
But Erika’s dream didn’t stop there.
She has always envisioned Signal Operations as a Canadian coastal town of brands, a one-stop shop of holistic support services that are created BY a small business owner FOR small business owners.
And in 2025, Erika’s dream came to life, launching under the Signal Operations brands, the Signal Elements:
