Signal Operations was created to work with businesses to streamline their bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll processes and interpret the “signals” along the way; where to save money, what areas are growing - and which are not.

Signal Operations serves a variety of clients, ranging from tech-start-ups to health and wellness clinics, and fast-service restaurants - working with other creative industries is what we do best!

Entrepreneur, Bookkeeper, Accountant, and Signal Operations CEO Erika Dowell brings a decade of experience in bookkeeping and business operations: everything from basic bookkeeping and payroll to full-cycle accounting and business coaching.

With a growth mindset & passion for supporting small businesses through their growth cycles - Erika brings cloud-based bookkeeping & accounting to the next level.

Based in Ontario, she prides herself on conquering finances in all time zones, offering services to businesses Canada-wide.

She is also a Xero Gold Partner and Eastern Canada Regional Xero Ambassador. As an Ambassador, she works directly with Xero’s team on internal needs.
